Do I complete this setup form before or after payment?

Complete this setup form after payment. The setup form gives us the business details, Google review link, and shipping information needed to prepare your TaplyCard.

What information do I need for setup?

You need your name, contact details, business name, website URL if available, industry, Google review link, shipping address, and any special notes.

What if I do not know my Google review link?

Contact support before submitting the form. Send your business name, website, and location so we can help point you in the right direction.

Can I change my Google review link later?

If your card uses a managed TaplyCard redirect link, we may be able to update the destination later. Contact support if your Google review link changes.

Do you track completed Google reviews?

No. TaplyCard tracks scans and taps, not completed Google reviews. Google does not confirm to TaplyCard whether a customer finished and posted a review.
